2012 Predictions
The 2012 Doomsday Prediction is a cultural phenomenon consisting of present-day speculation that cataclysmic and apocalyptic events will occur in the year 2012. The forecast is based primarily on a claimed end-date of the 5,125-year Mesoamerican Long Count calendar, which is December 21, 2012, and incorporates warnings from climate experts and other environmental scientists that the Earth has reached a "tipping point" that could generate mass extinctions, as well as interpretations of assorted legends, scriptures and prophecies.
Proponents of the doomsday premise argue ancient Mayan astronomers were aware of a rare alignment of the Earth, Sun and center of the Milky Way on the December solstice in 2012. According to this belief, the alignment is tied to the precession of the equinoxes and signals a transition from one world age to another. A New Age interpretation of this transition posits that, during this time, the planet and its inhabitants may undergo a physical or spiritual transformation rather than an apocalypse.
Skeptics of the apocolyptic forecast include scholars of Mayan civilization. Those versed in the study of classical Mayan civilization dispute the apocalyptic interpretation of the Long Count calendar end-date and the precession-alignment interpretation, insisting that the date 12/21/2012 simply marks a resetting of the calendar to Baktun 13.0.0.0.0...read more

Nearly every book of the Bible contains prophecy regarding the End Times. Taking all of these prophecies and organizing them can be difficult. Here is a very brief summary of what the Bible declares will happen in the end times:
The Antichrist, or false Prophet, will come into power and sign a peace pact with Israel for seven years. This seven year period of time is known as the Tribulation. During the Tribulation, there will be terrible wars, famines, plagues, persecution and natural disasters. God will be pouring out His wrath against sin, evil, and wickedness. The Tribulation will contain the four horsemen of the apocalypse, and the seven seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments.
At the end of the seven year Tribulation... ![]()
...the Antichrist will launch a final attack on Jerusalem, culminating in the Battle of Armageddon. And then, Jesus Christ will return, destroy the Antichrist and his armies and cast them into the lake of fire. Christ will then bind Satan in the Abyss for 1000 years and will rule His earthly kingdom for the next 1000 years. Before this is to occur, Mankind will have to suffer through the Seven Signs...read more!

The Seven Archangels
About The Seven Archangels...
There is a species in Heaven that act as God's emissaries. These messengers of God are known as angels, they are intelligently active and can be manifested to mankind. Angels are celestial beings that are of the creation before the world began and are revealed to many here on earth. They are sent to announce, to guard and instruct, to warn, to minister and to carry out God's judgment. Archangels end with the "el" suffix. "El" meaning "in God" and the first half of the name meaning what each individual Angel specializes in.
Angels are revealed especially to us in John's revelation. The angels of the historical churches are revealed in the Seven Churches of Asia. An angel with a strong voice asked, "Who is worthy to open the book and to loose the seals thereof?" The only One found worthy to open the book was the Lamb who had been slain and "He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth." The Archangels, The seven angels that stood before God in Revelations are considered to be the Archangels. Although it is agreed that there were seven Archangels, there has been some debate on who the seven were. This website recognizes that there are many Archangels, however, after much research...we've chosen to list the seven 'End of the World' Archangels as: Uriel, Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Remiel, Raguel and Anael...read more!
Seven End of the World Prophecies
According to many "End of the World" Scholars, there have been at least seven prophecies from different cultures in seven places on earth unrelated to each other in different eras before the dawn of technology that have coincidentally predicted that the world will end or experience a kind of re-birth in or around the year 2012.
Though there have been countless "End of the World" prophecies in human history...only those that actually site the year 2012 as the the last year on Earth are included. Many Prophets have made predictions citing that we will experience unprecedented, cataclysmic disasters ranging from massive earthquakes and tsunamis, plagues, famine to nuclear reactor meltdowns on the end of life or judgement day. Yet ony a few...counting 7, have predicted the date the world ends as being on or near December 21, 2012. These theorists believe that on December 21, 2012, the Earth will either be completely destroyed or experience some kind of renewal or re-birth. These are: The Sybil, The Mayans, The I-Ching, The Bible Code, Nostradamus, Advancements in Technology and Scientific Discoveries. Noting that many of the past predictions have only been clarified through recent advancements in technology such as computer algorithms and recent discoveries...read more!
Seven End of the World Scenerios
Many "End of the World" scenarios have been suggested. Some that will almost certainly end humanity are certain to occur, but on a very long timescale. Others are likely to happen on a shorter timescale, but will probably not completely destroy civilization. Still others may even put an end to the planet earth as we know it.
The end of civilization or the end of the world are phrases used in reference to human extinction scenarios , doomsday events, and related hazards which occur on a global scale. These are risks that would imperil humankind as a whole and/or have major adverse consequences for the course of human civilization. We will concentrate on the more likely scenerios which could be predicted by scientific means before they occur, such as: Meteor Impact, Nuclear Holocaust, Resource Depletion, Global Pandemic / Plague, Global Warming / Ice Age, Mega-disaster and a Pole Shift or Solar Storm...read more!
The Seven Deadly Sins
The Seven Deadly Sins...
...Pride, Envy, Wrath, Greed, Gluttony, Lust and Sloth... are really attitudes that underlie sins, whether mortal or venial, first identified by St. John Cassian (360 - 435) and refined by Pope St. Gregory the Great (540 - 604). By using the words seven deadly sins, it is suggested that there are serious character flaws which may exist in a man and that the deeds which are produced as a result of these flaws have fatal consequences. All death is a type of separation; spiritual death is separation from God. The Bible indicates that sin ends in death.
What do they have to do with the End of the world?
Some believe that these sins, committed in excess, have brought about the prophecies or signs of the End of the World. The so-called 'deadly sins' are inherent human traits, but when taken to extremes, may essentially lead to the onslaught of evil, war, famine, plague, persecution, worldwide chaos and ultimately...silence...read more!

Seven Deadly Cults
Cults and factors that constitute an End of the World Cult...
1) Anyone who claims to be the Messiah. 2) Those who ask for anything in return for thier "knowledge" like personal property or sex. 3) Those who use mind control methods or weakening methods to convince you of thier power SUCH AS: drugs, sex, sleep deprivation or starvation. The following are examples and warnings of what such a deadly cult or false prophet could lead to...They are: The People's Temple, The Branch Davidians, The Solar Temple, Heaven's Gate, The Restoration of the 10 Commandments, The Manson Family and The Supreme Truth cult. The loss of life by the Heaven's Gate membership was definitely a suicide. The members were convinced that they would be transported, at death, to a space ship where they would evolve to a higher level of existence. There is overwhelming hard evidence that all of the deaths within the Ugandan Movement for the Restoration of the 10 Commandmants. Many of the Solar Temple deaths were actually murders to cover financial fraud by the leadership. All of the Branch Davidian victims appear to have been murdered by their leaders -- either by being shot or as a result of the arson-set fire. Many, perhaps most, of the People's Temple victims were also murdered. Details are sketchy because of the advanced state of decomposition of the bodies when investigators arrived. The Supreme Truth and Manson Family cults engaged in harm or homicide toward the general public in their efforts to ignite a kind of final world revolution. This "end of the world" war would then leave the leaders in charge to rule the world...read more! |
